Сertified by the American Board of Urology, Dr. Matthew Whang started practicing urology at Saint Barnabas Medical Center (SBMC) in Livingston, NJ. He became involved in the kidney transplant program at SBMC and has been Director of Transplant Urology since 1999. He has been involved in more than 5,000 kidney transplants over the past 23 years and has published several papers on the topic of urologic complications in kidney transplant patients.
Dr. Whang’s motto is “The patient is always right,” and he tries to make his office as patient-friendly as possible. He loves to read and play golf when he can find the time and received his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) in 2013.
