Dr. Vincent Lanteri, the founder of the NJ Center for Prostate Cancer & Urology, is recognized as part of a team that pioneered and became the authority in the field of robotic surgery for the treatment of prostate cancer. Over the years, he has participated in research and development of the da Vinci Robotic Surgical System, co-authored the textbook “Urologic Robotic Surgery,” and has trained other surgeons in both the technology and surgical techniques.
Dr. Lanteri completed a Fellowship in Urologic Oncology at Roswell Park Memorial Institute of Health in Buffalo, New York. He currently serves as Co-Director in Urologic Oncology at Hackensack University Medical Center and Chief of Urology at Holy Name Medical Center. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery, Division of Urology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School.
