
William Terens, MD

Dr. William Terens completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine from New York University. He stayed on at NYU Medical Center to complete his Internship and Residency in urology. He also served as Chief Urology Resident at New York University Medical Center. Additionally, he underwent urologic oncology training at Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City.
A board certified urologist and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Terens is a member of the Impotence Institute of America, The Society for the Study of Impotence, and the American Urological Association.
Dr. Terens is currently the Chief of Urology at JFK Medical Center. Dr. Terens joined the team at Urological Surgical Associates in 1992. He practices both general and surgical urology.
