I have tried 2 other times at other urologists to address a low testerone issue. The ball just kept getting dropped, and insurance pointed fingers and vice versa. I decided 2yrs later to try once more. Dr. Arnouk saw me, and was very friendly, excellent bedside manor. But I really thought it was going to be a repeat of what I already experienced. I gave up. Little did I know, Dr. Arnouk and staff were working on it and one day, I received a call sounding very promising. I now am being treated for trt. I can only attribute that to their persistence and work with insurance to make it happen.
