I am a new patient of Dr. Butani. My experience with NJ Urology was top shelf throughout the entire process. When I called to make an appointment, I did have to leave my number for a call-back but it was only minutes before the callback occurred. Setting the appointment was straightforward and every interaction at the office was professional and I never once had to wait more than just a few minutes before my next step in the visit. Dr. Butani was knowledgeable and professional and there was no time wasted waiting for him or his assistants. My visit was easily worth 5 stars.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Mueller close to ten years now. I went to him with a testosterone issue that was previously being managed by another physician. My first visit we discussed why I was there to see him. We spoke about my medications the previous doctor prescribed and he wanted me to get blood work so he could get a baseline of my levels. My blood results came back and he quickly saw that the dose of my medication was way too high, and at a potentially dangerous level. He called me immediately and adjusted the dose. I was incredibly thankful that he did a thorough evaluation and exam. I see him several times a year to make sure my blood levels are safe. Besides from this particular issue, I have seen Dr. Mueller for other urological issues. I honestly can tell you that I feel very confident and comfortable seeing him. He’s thorough, knowledgeable, and definitely trustworthy. I’m not the calmest patient, but he tries very hard to listen and help me understand when something needs attention and when something does not. I highly recommend Dr. Mueller and I rate him with 5 stars.
