Telemedicine
Telemedicine is now being offered to new and existing patients
We are all living in unprecedented times, and understand why you may have missed or cancelled your scheduled appointment. Please know that it is also extremely important to us that you continue to receive the care you need even during this difficult time.
With this in mind, New Jersey Urology (NJU) has developed a solution that protects both our patients and our staff. As an alternative to an in-person office visit, NJU is now offering telemedicine appointments. Telemedicine can be done through the comfort of your home allowing your physician to provide a “virtual” visit through your phone or computer.
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services have broadened access to Medicare telemedicine services, and major insurance companies have waived referrals and copay fees and obligations. Please check with your insurance provider as it relates to your individual situation.
